This legislation is aimed at repatriating the Jelbanien (Canrillaise-speaking as well as Luthorian-speaking minorities) population in Jelbania to their homelands. ARTICLE 1: Separate amenities (a distance away from the mainstream amenities) must be provided for and used by the Jelbanien population. ARTICLE 2: Jelbaniens who refuse repatriation will consequently be denied Jelbanian citizenship. ARTICLE 3: Marriages between Jelbaniens and members of other ethnic groups will be declared invalid. ARTICLE 4:Sexual intercourse between Jelbaniens and members of other ethnic groups will be illegal. ARTICLE 5: Tightens nationality laws and enhances Article 2. ARTICLE 6: Jelbaniens who refuse repatriation will be denied the right to work. ARTICLE 7: Jelbaniens must be educated in separate institutions away from the rest of the population. FURTHERMORE: 1. Jelbaniens shall not be allowed to take any roles in the military. 2. Jelbania's immigration quotas will strictly prioritise entry to the following ethnic groups: Pontesians, Barmenians, Deltarians, Vanukeans, Majatrans. IN ADDITION: 1. Jalbaniens who accept repatriation shall be offered financial packages of 1,000 (JEL) per family. 2. Viceroy and Prime Minister of Rildanor, Francois Netherlande, has agreed to home Jelbaniens who wish to move to Rildanor. 3. The Government of Jelbania is also negotiating with the governments of Alduria and of Kanjor. |
