Bill: Contraception Promotion Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Federal Green Party (FGP)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 3822
Description[?]:
Offering free contraceptives to everyone is a very affordable and effective way to reduce both the rates of STDs as well as the rates of unwanted pregnancies. It should be the case that anti-abortion parties are pro-contraceptives. Extensive use of contraceptives reduce abortions more than any ban could ever dream of. After all, if no unwanted pregnancy occurs then there is no life to abort in the first place. |
