| We cannot allow people under the age of 16 (non-adults) to purchase alcohol. Also, only certain licensed sales outlets should be allowed to distribute alcohol. If anyone can sell alcohol, then how can we ensure that no minor consumes alcohol? We need to pass this bill to prevent children from obtaining alcohol. Surely any sensible party would support such a bill? |
