| -Civil Correspondence Service Article I- Under provisions of the Moral Reform Act a Civil Correspondence Service shall be offered to all citizens upon completion of schooling Article II- The Civil Reform Act shall allow individuals to volunteer for work in the Holy Church, work that must be commuted by doing charity work for the poor as deemed fit by the Church. Article III- The term of such service shall not be less than 1yr. |
