Bill: Foreign Aid Restructuring

Details

Submitted by[?]: Independence Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: September 3836

Description[?]:

The Independence Party would like to see us end all forms of foreign aid. They usually only benefit the well-connected in corrupt poorer nations rather than regular people who need the help.

We should, however, continue to give lots of support and aid to helping those who are victims of natural or man-made disasters and famines (by giving food aid, water, and medical equipment and sending doctors).

This would basically end any direct transfers of money from us to foreign governments. Focusing on providing tangible goods instead and sending our own architects and engineers to help rebuild after a disaster.
