Voting deadline: February 3837
Description[?]:
We don't want our nation to be defenceless by not using technologies enoughly developed. We are for nuclear power, and nuclear weaponry shouldn't be rejected as a last resort against too serious threats to our nation. However, we are directly opposed to any use of nuclear weaponry over civilians: we should only use it to destroy enemy infrastructure and militar power - I must repeat: only if it is really a serious threat to Baltusia. We also demand that: 1. No nuclear weapon will ever be used or tested on Baltusian territory. 2. Every use of nuclear weaponry must be aproved by the Presidente, the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Science and Technology. If one of them opposes to it, nuclear weaponry shan't be used and its use will be considered as a war crime. -- Matt Basterrechea, Amanecer Speaker |
