| Mr. Speaker, Since the recent liberalisation of the gambling laws, gambling has increased much more than most of us expected. We are gravely concerned to discourage this vice which is wrecking lives and doing immense harm to family life. We therefore propose a 20% gambling tax on all gambling stakes.
