| Article I. Every order of Hobrazia admits five ranks : * Grand Master * Grand Officer * Commander * Officer * Knight Article II. Any decoration must be granted by the Grand Master of the Order or by the King/Queen of Hobrazia. The Grand Master and the King/Queen of Hobrazia can also destitute any member. Article III. When the Grand Master is destituted by the monarch, a new one will be chosen according to the article V. Article IV. This bill shall pass the moment Hobrazia becomes a monarchy and will cease to be law when it is repealed by the whole Parliament or when Hobrazia ends being a monarchy. Article V. The different orders : Section 1. Order of the Crown of Hobrazia The Grand Master of this Order is the Monarch of Hobrazia. This decoration shall be granted as a reward for services to the nation. Section 2. Order of Melkadze When the Grand Master dies, or is destitued, he must be replaced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. This decoration takes his name from Lord Malkhad Melkadze, Minister of Foreign Affairs who helped Hobrazia to become a monarchy. It shall be granted as a reward for devotion to the monarchy. Section 3. Order of the White Cross When the Grand Master dies, or is destitued, he must be replaced by the Minister of Health and Social Services. It shall be granted as a reward for people helping to maintain public health. Section 4. Military Order of Merit When the Grand Master dies, or is destitued, he must be replaced by the Minister of Defence. It shall be granted as a reward for merit in the military. Section 5. Civilian Order of Merit When the Grand Master dies, or is destitued, he must be replaced by the Minister of Justice. It shall be granted to a civilian as a reward for merit. Article VI. The first Grand Masters shall be : * Order of the Crown of Hobrazia : King Zurab I Hobraze * Order of Melkadze : Lord Malkhaz Melkadze * Order of the White Cross : Lord Pridon Zoidze, Duke of Zargundia * Military Order of Merit : General Genadi Andronikashvili * Civilian Order of Merit : Lord Avksenti Palavandishvili |
