| Statement: Section I: This Bill will allow the Establishment of the "Forest Protective Guard" (FPG). Section II: The FPG will compose of no more then 500 staff members excluding the guards. The Guards shall be given Military Grade weapons in order to deal with illegal food traffickers. The FPG Guards shall be trained by members of the Armed Forces skilled in Tropical Forest terrain. Section III: To prevent corruption, the FPG Chief Commissioner shall be re-appointed every 2 years. And must submit monthly report to the government. Section IV: The Base of the FPG shall be established all over the country, only in areas of isolated and big forest. |
