| Currently, legislation regarding the keeping of wild animals as pets is left up to local government, however here at Choice we believe that the government should maintain a list of dangerous wild animals which may not be kept as pets, with all other wild animals may be kept as pets. We believe this because we believe that people should be allowed to keep wild animals as pets, however if these wild animals are dangerous, and could endanger innocent people then we believe this should not be allowed, thus this is why we believe that on the condition the animal in question is NOT dangerous, then people should be allowed to keep wild animals as pets. |
