| On Establishing the Holy Office of the Inquisition in the Pápežsky States It is unacceptable that there remain in the Pápežsky States, several heretics and heathens who reject the single true faith - Hosianism of the Terran Patriarchal rite. We hereby recreate this Holy Office to find the unbelievers, pretenders, heretics and the godless and try and punish them as befits their crimes against Hosianism of the Terran Patriarchal Rite. We appoint the Kardinal Lubomir z Borec our Secretary for Health as Grand Inquisitor and delegate the authority as many Inquisitors (reporting to him) as necessary It is not allowed to any man to infringe or to oppose by audacious perversion this charter of our will, by which we have condemned, reproved, quashed, annulled, decreed, declared and ordered the aforesaid. If any one, however, shall so attempt, let him know that he shall incur the indignation of Almighty Boh and of Saint Michail, His Apostle.
