Bill: Rights of Land Ownership
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republicano Liberal Direito
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3861
Description[?]:
The sizes of farms shouldn't be limited, or controlled by any big interfering government. How much land a person owns is a matter of business, commerce, and property rights. We propose to end the stifling, and deeply illiberal limits on farm sizes. It's time we freed up our great farming families, land owners; and restored their liberties to them. And improve our economy whilst we're at it. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning farm size.
Old value:: Farm size regulations are determined by local governments.

Proposed: Farm size is not regulated.
