We believe that Smoking is a risk to our citizens so therefore should be banned. However we cannot make such a drastic change, because it will bring about a rise in black market and criminal gang activity. Therefore we will, make it illegal for anybody that is born after May 3850 to smoke. This is because the legal age for smoking However, anyone selling or giving people born after May 3850 Tobacco, will be prosecuted. This way we can gradually get rid of it. |
