| The Chancellor with the good grace of the Emperor have authorized the law enforcement agencies and the Cildanian Armed Forces the use of lethal force. 1 §. All servicemen and employees of the military and the Cildanian Law Enforcement are hereby authorized to use lethal force, the servicemen and employees enjoy Immunity from prosecution. The immunity from prosecution shall cease to exist if any serviceman or employee is suspected of treason, conspiring against the Emperor or the Government. 2 §. The lethal use of force shall be justified to combat the increased threat against the Emperor, State and Government. 3 §. The Army, Airforce and Navy have been authorized to use any necessary means of precautions to thwart mutiny, defection and any intent of hostility. Signed by the Government of Cildania and His Imperial Highness, the Emperor. |
