| We, the workers of Kazulia, hereby enact the following improvements: Move from a full-time standing army to a part-time reservist army Ban third trimester abortions Allow the purchase and consumption of alcohol anywhere by adults Legalize euthanasia with the consent of patient and doctor Legalize all naturally occurring drugs Nationalize the banking system Raise the corporate tax to 75% Float currency exchange rates Legalize industrial hemp Provide for universal trade union membership Raise the luxury goods tax to 50% Prohibit monopolies Remove certain regulations on the production of pornography Legalize prostitution Abolish the death penalty Allow the extradition of Kazulian citizens to countries that do not have the death penalty and do not treat prisoners inhumanely Prohibit the construction of gated communities Prohibit government searches for undocumented persons Create a national police department Create specially trained firearms units to help regular police officers in special situations Require police to patrol public spaces Forbid the keeping of wild animals as pets Limit the felling of forests to firebreaks by outlawing logging Prohibit all motor vehicles except for those meeting government fuel efficiency standards Nationalize waste disposal May these changes better the lives of the good workers of Kazulia.
