Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| People of Cildania, Witnessing the immense destruction of lives and property that stem from sectarianism and minority rule, and wishing to see an end to all forms of apartheid and discrimination, the Armed Forces of Cildania have taken over the reins of government until such a time that order is restored and civilian rule can once again be implemented. We insure the civilian population and the international community that the Armed Forces will not abuse their powers, that the monarchy shall remain in place, and that no undue violence will be pursued. The Senate will continue to function normally, but we cannot guarantee that all of its measures will be implemented. The Queen is placed under armed guard, for her own protection during this time of instability. This is a necessary measure in order to return peace, order, and stability to Cildania.
