| When the August-Sage King is in his minority, a single regent or group of regents shall reign in his name until he comes of age. The title of regent may only be designated by the August-Sage King. Majority age male members of the Imperial and Royal Clan of Wu shall be given priority when granting the title of regent. If no majority age male members exist, then the title of regent shall be granted to the Grand August-Sage Queen Dowager. If no Grand August-Sage Queen Dowager exists, then the title of regent shall be granted to the August-Sage Queen Dowager. If no August-Sage Queen Dowager exists, then the title of regent shall be granted to the Grand Preceptor. Should, for some reason, the Grand Preceptor position be vacant, then the title of regent shall be granted to the Grand Protector. Should, for some reason, the Grand Protector position be vacant, then the title of regent shall be granted to the highest ranking member of the Imperial and Royal Armed Forces at that given moment. Once the August-Sage King comes of age, then the regent shall relinquish his or her post. |
