Bill: Drug Decriminalisation
Details
Submitted by[?]: Pnték Znkak Prta 'Bastardry'
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: August 2170
Description[?]:
Whereas most will see this as the addition of a new human right, there is a new potential trade sector here. Currently, recreational drug use is regulated by local governments, but if we open this up, the trade in the substances can be opened up. Furthermore, the irresponsible users will pass away helping prevent any overcrowding issues, and a trade in prevention aids such as the one already existing for smokers would also be available for exploration. To be changed to: "There are no laws regulating what citizens can put into their bodies." |
