The goals set internally by the leadership of the new Order in Pontesi are nearly complete. The final bill proposed by the NOF to change Pontesian society in the image of the New Order will pass in December 3884. With this final act of success rapidly approaching, the New Order proposes this final change to Pontesian society as explained through the following resolutions.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, an Imperial Monarchy will be established in Pontesi, overturning the old system of governmental administration.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, the New Order Front will elevate to the newly created position of Pontesian Emperor the current leader of the NOF and HoS Vartan Avakian and crown him Emperor Vartan I

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, the Head of the Cabinet/Government will be retitled as the Imperial Chancellor and Seal Bearer and shall operate as the Emperor's Vicar in the Cabinet.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, the Emperor will rule by decree and shall use the National Legislature as a ruber stamp to his policies.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, a new noble aristocracy will be created by the Emperor and shall be given power over the people of Pontesi under the jurisdiction of the Emperor himself.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, only those political parties that are either directly controlled or sponsored by a Noble House may participate in the Political Administration of the Empire.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, the national legislature of Pontesi shall be renamed the Imperial Pontesian Parliament and shall serve as the Emperor's ruber stamp and whose political composition shall be determined by a direct election of Pontesi citizens every five years.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, the Imperial Monarchy of Pontesi shall be the rightful government of the state and whose right to rule is divinely granted.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, the Empire will be upheld at any cost by His Majesty's government and loyal subjects.

Resolved that, upon the passing of this bill, every effort will be made to have the International Community of Terrra recognize the creation of the Pontesi Empire and have it be formalized in name, replacing the currently recognized name of Ponticum Liberum (Free Pontsei).
