| Either through cultural or economic factors, the Celestial Empire of Great Indrala claims suzerainty over the following nations: Sekowo (culture is heavily influenced by Indralan culture) Talmoria and Aslistan (economically destitute) Vorona/Deltaria Nova (economically destitute) Lourenne (economically destitute) Leaders, either monarchical or otherwise, should recognize His Imperial Majesty as their liege lord and submit to Him gifts in the form of cultural goods every year at the Heavenly Palace in Tian'an. In turn, His Imperial Majesty shall confer upon the leaders of the four countries gifts of greater value, along with seals of office and an investiture ceremony to confer greater legitimacy in the international sphere. Tributary countries shall be given preferred trading status and given aid both economically and militarily. Above all, all countries will be bound to a treaty of non-aggression and will be guaranteed direct Indralan military aid in the case of an attack by another country. |
