| By order of the People of Hobrazia, who have righteously taken back the government, we call for the ratification of Dimitri Sikofski as the first Supreme Commander of the Hobrazian Union. HENCEFORTH, the position of Supreme Commander of the Hobrazian Union shall remain in the possession of Dimitri Sikofski until the date of his death or resignation. The Supreme Commander of the Hobrazian Union shall nominate a candidate to be his/her heir upon the day of his/her death or resignation. The People shall then (by a simple majority vote) confirm his/her appointment. If no successor is chosen before the Supreme Commander dies or otherwise becomes incapable of fulfilling his/her duties, an election shall be held amongst the Councils (Regions) as to who the next Supreme Commander shall be. |
