Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Republic of Kirlawa assembled that: 1) The word "advertising", as understood in this bill, is the activity or profession of producing advertisements for commercial products or services. 2) This act will ban advertising, on the grounds of fair trade and more informed choices on the behalf of consumers. This act will affect all businesses and individuals residing in Kirlawan jurisdiction 3) This act will affect all of Kirlawan jurisdiction, both physical and virtual 4) The Ministry of Trade and Industry will be responsible for the funding and enforcement of this act 5) The penalty for non-compliance of this rule will be the freezing of assets of the business that committed the crime 6) This bill will become law when the majority of voters agree to this bill. |
