It is so ordered that on this day, His Grace, the King of Barmenia and sovereign of the Kingdom of Arakhim, shall allow all of those imprisoned under previously harsh laws aimed at rooting out religious heresy, terrorism, and other such offenses to be cleansed of their crimes pertaining to their meeting of the conditions laid forth below. Provision 1: Renounciation of false faith. Prov. 1(a): All of those declared to be of the Israi or Abadi sects (an estimated 70% of whom are now incarcerated, under house arrest, or have fled and formed diaspora) must convert to one of the faiths outlined in provision 3. Prov. 1(b): As part of their renounciation, they must sign a binding affidavit, stating their true and utter repentence of such sin, and must schedule a ceremony of baptism within a week of release. Provision 2: Conversion and Forfeiture of False Property. Prov. 2(a): All Mosques, holy books, and other affects not seized as part of the Elimination of Theocratic Rule Act which pertain to the Israi and Abadi faiths must be given up willingly to a government offical, or else converted to a building similar to one outlined Provision 4. Prov. 2(b): Leniency shall be given for first and second time offenders who take the offer of amnesty (so called "crypto Irsai's" and "crypto Abadi's") yet third time offenders shall face imminent destruction of property. Provision 3: Aherence to acceptable faith. Prov. 3(a): Faith's which qualify for baptism are as follows: 1. The Ecclesia Barmenia (the Independent Barmenian Church). 2. The Barmenian Apostolic Church. 3 The Aurorian Patriarchal Church of Barmenia. 4. Osean Church in Barmenia. 5. The Reformed Yeudish Rabbinite of Barmenia. 6. A member of the Halawei Ahmadi sect. Prov. 4: Acceptable places of worship. Prov. 4(a): Acceptable places of worship under the decree of amnesty are as follows, in order of preference; 1. An Eclessia Barmenia Church. 2. A Barmenian Apostolic Church. 3. A church of the Aurorian Patriarchial Church of Barmenia. 4. A church of Osean church in Barmenia. 5. A mosque of Halawei sect. 6. A rabbanite of the reformed Yeudish community. Provision 5: Order of Rlease. Prov. 5(a): Pending due adherence to all provisions of this decree, the instigators and offenders of the various laws outlined above shall be set free, and allowed to rejoin the wider community. |
