Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Republic of Kirlawa assembled, that:

1) Stem cells are undifferentiated biological cells that can differentiate into specialized cells and can divide (through mitosis) to produce more stem cells

2) This act will restrict stem cell research to adult stem cells only, and thus protect embryonic and fetal stem cells. This act will affect all fields of science involved in stem cell research

3) This act will be law in all forms of Kirlawan jurisdiction, physical or virtual

4) This act will be funded and administered by the Ministry of Science and Technology

5) The penalty for non-compliance of this act will be the removal of the individuals involved in embryonic and fetal stem cell research, as well as the shutdown of laboratories and the confiscation of equipment used in embryonic and fetal stem cell research

6) This bill will become law as soon as a majority of the General Assembly agrees to this act
