The constitutional monarchy ceased at 3697 when the Head of State was changed (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=413050) . The last King of Saridan was His Royal Majesty, King Pieter. The last monarchy was of the House of Trillion. In 3863, the royal family still exists but are in hiding. They are secretly compensated by the Saridani Government. If they were introduced, they would be referred to as the House of Chatham - Trillion. As the name Trillion was about to die off with lack of males to continue this trend. The current family is as follows (if monarchy was introduced). The Chatham - Trillion Palace will be the old Trillion Palace that is currently being used as a museum (OCC: RL Buckingham Palace https://i1.wp.com/upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/b/b4/Buckingham_Palace_London_-_April_2009.jpg). Head of State---- This is a hereditary and symbolic position, and will be Saridan's royal family. Currently, the descendants of the Saridani crown still live but are silent as per the government's compensation. The reestablishment of the monarchy will not provide much power to their entity but more of influence. They will be required to represent our nations and to strengthen our cultural ties. The monarchy has always been a part of Saridan's culture for many many years. The rightful heir is King Christiaan of the House of Chatham - Trillion. Head of Government---- We will title the Head of Government the "Kanselier" (Chancellor) and this will become our head of government as well as assuming most of the Head of State's role. This will give all the power to one position to avoid power struggles and confusion. However, it will allow this position to be elected by Parliament, which we feel gives all parties a say. They are the Commander-in-chief. Vice Chancellor---- This is to be determined by the Kanselier. Vice President will be referred to as "Vice Kanselier" (Vice Chancellor). Normally, the Kanselier runs with the Vice Kanselier during a campaign as the VK is someone trustworthy. However, it is likely that a coalition government will occur and the VK may be granted to the leader of the second largest party in conjunction with a deal of sorts. The First Vice Kanselier will perform the duties of the Kanselier if he/she is unable. Vice Kanseliers will have power similar to the present Saridani Kanselier. They can speak on behalf of the nation. Powers of the Chancellor (Head of Government)---- Executive Order---- Only resolutions no legal variable can be changed. Requires (2/3rds of the Legislature to override it). However if it fails to achieve half the votes, it must be reposted as permanently in debate so people know that it applies. Foreign Negotiations---- May negotiate on behalf of Saridan. Will visit foreign nations. Deployment of troops---- The Chancellor may deploy troops immediately if they believe that it is an urgent matter with lives at risk. However, this will be subjected to approval once the Federale Parlement have finished debating and begun voting. If the conditions are met i.e. 50% majority proposal, including the support of the Minister of Defence, the Minister for Foreign Relations to permit their declaration of and spending for war then troops can continue being deployed otherwise they will have to return to Saridan.
