Description[?]:

A bill to repeal and replace the Annointment Act of 3877 in accordance with the constitution, and to restore regular order.

Section 1: Indictment and removal of Sarah bat Te'oma, Queen consort of Barmenia and Queen of Calidania.

1(a): The Assembly hereby recognizes the factual reality of the due governance of his Grace, the King, over the proceeding period in place of her Grace in so far as she has been unwilling to attend to her constitutional role and has thus violated the writ and oath of her office. Therefore, in accordance with the obligation of the Assembly provided by the constitution, the Queen is hereby removed, and the executive and legislative records redacted and improved in accordance with section 5.

Section 2: Charges of the Indictment of the Queen, notice of conviction, and due removal of her staff and partition of effects.

2(a): The Indictment of Her Grace is as follows:

1. She has engaged in criminal neglect and has impunged on her office in so far as she failed to conduct the business of government.

2. She has sworn loyalty to a foreign nation in violation of the law of the single citizenship.

3. She has abused her power and committed graft in order to benefit her secondary nation, a foreign country.

4. She has committed a crime of Polycentricity, and has in due course violated the spirit of the revolution, and in that vain the constitution.

Sec. 2(b): The Queen consort, Sarah, is hereby duly notified of her conviction.

Sec. 2(c): The Queen consort's staff are hereby dismissed, and all of her effects currently on her person in her current nation of residence are hereby relinquished to her care, in accordance with the religious doctrine of the Barmenian Church.

Section 3: Annointment and Coronation of King Eksandr, and Creation of the House of Nasir as the Royal House of Barmenia.

3(a): In accordance with the constitution, his Grace, King Eksandr, is hereby duly annointed King of Barmenia. He shall recieve his formal coronation before the Abba and Patriarch in four to five months time, and shall at that time take his oath before the Chief Justice.

3(b): The House of Te'oma is hereby rendered extinct within Barmenia, and the House of Nasir is hereby restored as the formal Royal House of Barmenia. Their Royal Highnesses, the Princes and Princesses shall be restyled in accordance with his Grace's letters patent, and shall be made formally part of his dynasty.

Section 4: The Question of the Royal Marriage.

4(a): His Grace, the King, hereby recieve's the Assembly's formal blessing to seek divorce from Her Grace, Queen Sarah of Calidania. The Assembly formally asks the Patriarch and Abba, the most holy Knstín of Kathura, to grant such waiver from the most unfaithful and lecherous foreign Queen.

Section 5: Redaction and Improvement of the Legislative and Executive Record.

5(a): The record dated from the 1st of January of 3878 to the 9th of June of 3899 shall be changed to properly reflect the work and guidance of his Grace, King Eksandr. In accordance with such effect, Queen Sarah's name shall be formally struck from all known records, both formal and informal, internal and external.

Section 6: Effective date.

Sec. 5(a): This bill shall pass as soon as it has enough constitutional support.
