| In the need to follow others nations introducing a new statal program for public schooling, we decided to establish a common program in every public school to consent every student to learn the same themes as their mates, in exception of those who chose to go to a private school, whom can follow an alternative plan of learning; for this motivation we consider senseless to forbid private colleges/universities, so we propose to legalize them and allow them to continue their own program that began with the elementary school. Because we aren't a nation that forgets the less fortunate people, we also propose a plan to allow even the most poor students to afford college and university. Pres.
