Bill: Local Education Act - 3900

Details

Submitted by[?]: Social-Liberal Caucus

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: October 3901

Description[?]:

1. If we are to appease some fractions of the population, who currently illegally teach to their children to hate Ibutho, we have to grant them the right to teach their values and their history to the local governments. Our current curriculum is simply not adapted to the requirements of those peoples.

Of course, while this will be done, we will also continue to oversee those curriculim, in order to prevent one of them to be overtly against the country.

2. We are already providing the local governments with money to finance universities, while our federal level gave to itself every regulation power over higher education. This isn't consistent. So we are proposing to give to let the provincial governments finance by themselves the universities and other higher education institutions, while we will of course continue to support them financially in order for the local governments to not have a big gap between their fundings.
