Bill: Phone Service Regulation Act 3913
Details
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 3914
Description[?]:
Currently, there are no regulations on phone services, however we believe that this could prove harmful to Luthorian citizens and that the prices phone services charge could become extortionate. We also believe that the less fortunate of our citizens should be given subsidizes in phone costs, especially considering how much of an essential part of modern life telecommunication is. We propose changing our current law to that of the state subsidizing the phone service of low income families, and regulating the rates providers can charge for phone service. |
