| Mr. Speaker, It is not in His Majesty's Government's interest to continue to fund all abortions. While we consider the practice of abortion reprehensible, we understand that certain situations warrant its use. Therefore, we put forward this reform to make our abortion funding practices more in line with the morals of the Luthori people and the proper role of His Majesty's Government. I yield.
