An act to create a more equal and representative National Parliament. ARTICLE 1: Each Governorate shall set aside in its delegation 10 seats for women. ARTICLE 2: Each Governorate shall set aside in its delegation has at least 1 seat for Kalopians and Deltarians, 2 seats for Augustans, 4 seats for Luthori, and 5 seats for Turjaks. ARTICLE 3: Each Governorate shall set aside in its delegation 1 seat for Bishopals, Halawis, and followers of the Aurorian Patriarchal Church, 2 seats for followers of the Terran Patriarchal Church, 4 seats for followers of the Apostolic Church of the East, and 6 seats for Abadis. |
