Bill: Strikers Act of 3933

Details

Submitted by[?]: FFG Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 3934

Description[?]:

Full Name: Protecting Business from Unfair Coercion by the Government for Employees Act of the Senate in the year 3933

PREAMBULE
We perceive the notion of enforcing private ventures to legally keep their employees employed against their will as counterbeneficial. It is indeed wrong to forbid employers to keep people working because it is their (Addendum:employer) money and their building that is being used. A simple analogy would be to force a family to keep an unwanted guest in their own home. This is not a anti-worker piece of legislation that we are proposing. This is the protection of our fundamental right; to be free to choose,

Article 1.
$1Entities registered as a business shall have the right to terminate worker's contract if they feel that the terms laid out in said contract has been broken due to a strike.
$2Employees will have the right to challenge this in court if they feel that his contract has not been broken.
$3Both parties have the right to appeal to a higher court.

Signed,
Stijn Servaes
