| Mr. Speaker, In order for our defence industry to work in the interests of Luthori the production of weapons must be organised by the state and our arms contracts must be thoroughly regulated. The current legislation means that wealthy individuals determine our national security and potentially enables them to put this at risk by selling arms to unfavourable regimes.
