General Provisions: 1. That the official and formal name of Jelbania such henceforth be the Khanate of Jelbania. 2. The Khanate is restored and shall be held by Khan Christopher, the First of His Name and all His lawful descendants and those after them under the Royal House of Castileb. 3. The Khan shall exercise sovereignty over the Jelbania, and His other lands and their peoples over the seas. He may delegate the exercise of His powers to duly constituted authorities as provided for by law. 4. The Khan shall serve as the symbol of the unity of the Jelbanian people, the strength, resilience and the best of Jelbania. |
