Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, The Court of Shades does not trust the government with the sole responsibility of our defense forces. There have been recent attempts by this government to more actively control the population through frivolous domestic deployments. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=453935 http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=453979 Therefore in response, this Parliament should allow for paramilitary organizations more freedom to allow them to feel protected from the state's long arm.
