| A bill for the establishment of a public service broadcaster for Rutania, to be known as the Rutanian Broadcasting Corporation (RBC). In order to ensure content free from party-political or commercial bias, the Corporation will be independent of Government control, with a board of independent governors, and will be funded by a grant from general taxation allocated by an independent regulator; the Corporation is strictly prohibited from commercial advertising or the acceptance of payments, donations, or loans from private individuals and companies. The remit of the Corporation will cover television, radio, and online broadcasting, with expansion into print and social media at the governors' discretion. |
