We must enact meaningful reform in order to ensure we live in a fairer and more productive society. As of right now, too much power is delegated to local governments, but we cannot continue in this way. The two attached proposals are a positive step towards centralization of power. |

Proposed: Professionals may run licensed fireworks shows, small fireworks are legal to the general public.

Old value:: Hiring policies are regulated by local governments.
Current: The government encourages positive discrimination and enforces it for government hiring.
Proposed: No form of positive discrimination is permitted.
