Preamble
Whereas this government has enacted legislation encouraging Rutanias to prioritize public transit;
Whereas this house has previously supported public transit systems and authorities, including an Urban Rapid Transit Program (3619);

Article 2
2. The government of Rutania shall facilitate the expansion of rapid transit service.
2.1 This shall include funding allocations from the Ministry of Infrastructure to construct or extend rapid transit lines and improve public transit service.
