Bill: Food Vendor Licensing Act of 3963
Details
Submitted by[?]: United Luthori
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: May 3964
Description[?]:
Mr. Speaker, We need a consistent, national policy on the licensing of food vendors and who is allowed to sell foods. We propose keeping it unregulated and enforcing shelf lives because kids on the block should be able to sell lemonade without burdensome regulations. We propose this because an ice cream vendor walking around with a cart should be able to sell ice cream without regulations. Enforcing shelf lives protects consumers and doesn't infringe on liberty.
