Description[?]:
This bill entails that the military will also have the powers of the police force and when deemed necessary can make arrests or investigate related crimes. This will allow a more capable peacekeeping force as both the police force and military can make arrests and deal with crime in their area's. This will increase the effectiveness of the police force as they can spread their men further and their reach will extend as the military will fill in the gaps created by the spreading of police manpower by using their own men as police units. The bill will also entail a decrease in crime across the whole country and a decrease in restlessness in the military due to inactivity. Overall this proposal will decrease crime rate and create a larger and more effective peacekeeping force. |
