| Summary: As much as we support the right for our citizens to have a relationship with whom they please, we also must respect that pregnancies caused by incestuous activities can be problematic for the future generation of our people. To quote, this act does not intend to ban incestuous activities and relationships, but ban any pregnancy caused by incestuous activities and relationships. Articles. 1. All pregnancies caused from incestuous activities are required to be aborted. Any mother who refuses to abort the child on these grounds will be arrested for negligence and criminal activity. Maximum sentence is 1 year in prison and a 5000 DNT fine as well as the child be forcefully aborted. |
