| DUE to the attack and sinking of an Indralan Type 056 corvette in international waters by the "Imperial" Republic of Kalistan, HEREBY DECLARES a state of war shall exist between the Celestial Empire of Great Indrala and the Republic of Kalistan. The Imperial Armed Forces shall have full authority to blockade Kalistan and bombard its coasts. Bombers shall strike the Kalistani mainland, while our aircraft carrier in the Black Tortoise Fleet shall establish air superiority over Ananto. A limited invasion of Ananto shall ensue with the goal of ridding Kalistan of piracy, privateers, and other groups that threaten the Celestial Empire and its trade. |
