The government seeks to establish free education in all government schools. This will increase the number of enrollemnts in school and reduce the heavy costs of education on parents. There is no particular way prisoners are exempt from corporal punishment and students are left for localities to decide. The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture calls an immediate prohibition on striking. |
