| Senators, The recent humiliating defeat at he hands of the genocide alliance has revealed the major corruption and treason within elements of our armed forces. To counter this threat, greater than that posed by any foreign power, we propose the institution of the ancient Cildanian penalty for defeated generals. With the passing of this bill, any Cildanian officer under whose command the nation suffers a major defeat is to be publicly executed by crucifixion.
