| BELIEVING Indralan culture, which is rooted in Jienism and monarchy, to be the best in the world, KNOWING that republicanism, anti-Indralan and pro-Western, and anti-Jienist views are the antithesis to the Indralan nation, HEREBY mandates the following: I. Republican Vote Failure A. Republicanism is described as removing the monarchy in any way shape or form from its current position as the hereditary institution of the head of state of the Celestial Empire. B. Should a vote to institute a republic fail in the Court Conference, all those supporting the vote shall be arrested and jailed, in addition to their faction being fined and banned. II. Anti-Indralan, Anti-Jienist, Pro-Western Vote Failure A. Anti-Indralan is described as anything that goes against the Indrala's culture, history, and traditions. B. Anti-Jienist is described as anything that goes against Jienism, at least in rhetoric (fitting Jienist rhetoric is acceptable). C. Pro-Western is described as anything that is not rooted in Gao-Showan culture, history, and traditions. D. Should a vote that is anti-Indralan, anti-Jienist, or pro-Western fail in the Court Conference, all those supporting the vote shall be arrested and jailed, in addition to their faction being fined and banned. III. This is a constitutional bill that must be passed by 2/3 of the Court Conference, thus can only be repealed by 2/3 of the Court Conference. Long live the Divine Emperor! OOC: Basically, the consequences are deactivation for parties that vote for republicanism, anti-Indralan, anti-Jienist, and pro-Western bills and fail. If deactivation is refused, then a civil war must result. |
