Bill: 3996 Let Them Decide
Details
Submitted by[?]: Factio Victoria Animi
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 3997
Description[?]:
At present, the Senatus holds more power than is practical. It is impossible for the honorable Senators present here to reach a consensus that is best for every town in every province. While radical, the delegate of FVA proposes that as many powers as possible be placed in the hands of local governments, who are in the best position to make decisions for our fair Kingdom. |

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed). |
Random quote: "If it were proved to me that in making war, my ideal had a chance of being realized, I would still say 'No' to war, for one does not create human society on mounds of corpses." - Louis Lecoin |
