Bill: Abolition of the Job Killer Tax Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Dashink’n Marzerum

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 3999

Description[?]:

Mr Speaker,

We in the DM believes that the very existence of this tax is unacceptable. It is particularly unfair to economically depressed areas which could get a real boost should this tax be abolished. Wealth creation should be encouraged not punitively penalised as currently happens. It is also a tax that encourages the development of crony capitalism with politically favoured companies garnering all sorts of exemptions, gravely distorting the free market economy that we northerners are committed. At the very least, we could transfer this responsibility to the pentarchal satrapies and if leftist easterners want to tax jobs out of their region, they would be welcome to, as the jobs will be in the north.

Sarkis Darbinyan
Chairman of DM
