Proposal 1: Begging for money in public will be banned and beggars will be escorted off private and public property and in to police custody where fines or jail sentence up to 2 years awaits. Proposal 2: Street musicians are just fine and need no permit to play their instruments in public places like a train station or something like that. Proposal 3: Stingers will be put up outside public buildings and outside supermarkets to make sure that no one can sit and beg. Proposal 4: The establishment of the poor house. For those who can not provide for themselves the government will build low quality mass shelters during the winter. The residents will have to work for their stay. |
