| Lets give the local government some funds to operate libraries,because i hope there are more people who out here regional guys or the street guys can still do more magic just like the ones who are already famous.I think local government could be more of an encouragement than private companies. But i do note that there is a problem what should we do about the currently government funded libraries. Yet i think this bill can increase the decentralization of power and one of the less stressful matter that we can enjoyably achieve in this direction.
