Details
Submitted by[?]: Socialist Green Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4016
Description[?]:
As Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Giuseppe Mattarella advises the Socialist Green Party that the policy regarding the nation's power grid must change. Instead of each region owning and maintaining its own power grid, multiple private companies should each own and maintain sections of the national power grid. By allowing the free market to work, this will drive up efficiency and competition between the multiple private companies. By allowing multiple private companies run and maintain the national power grid, there will be a sense of comparative competition between the companies to ultimately help the consumer in the long run. |
